Tiger cave is a small tourist spot situated on the East Coast Road. It is about 5 kms before Mahaballipuram. I have been to Tiger Cave many times as a kid. Most of our school excursions were to Tiger Cave or Crocodile Park or VGP!
A cave with tiger head carvings/sculpture and surrounded by some ruins is a wonderful place if you want to spend some quality time with your family! There is nothing much to see except the tiger head carvings. Surround by vast expanse of land, you can have a fun picnic time with your kids.
There is a small play area, where kids can enjoy and of course since it's alongside the beach, you can enjoy some time there as well.
